The iconic Defender transforms into something that only a few will have the privilege of owning
Land Rover knows that its more modern Defender doesn't have all the ingredients it would have liked to have as many fans as the most classic model. The British brand has presented a new restoration of the mythical off-roader, a tribute to an important British figure, limited production, and an astronomical price.

You don't know what you have if you keep treasures like the mythical Land Rover Defender in your garage. The British brand knows that the 50s off-roader is a true work of art, which is why it takes care to fulfill the dreams of some customers who want to see them as they were on the first day. Brutal restorations like this Classic Defender V8 Churchill Edition.
The Land Rover Classic division has launched a special edition that truly takes your breath away and, of course, is for very few. These can offer the donor vehicle or, as is usual, they take care of finding the specimen - it is available with Station Wagon 90 or 110 bodies, as well as the first with a soft top - and restoring it to return it to its original state.

The exterior of this special series has been painted in "Bronze Green", the same color that the Classic Works experts applied to the original vehicle, also shining on the 16-inch steel wheels. Other distinctive details include the decorative badge "UKE 80" present on the front fenders, the custom badges on the rear, and unpainted galvanized body edges.
The most exquisite Defender with a price to match
The interior is lined with semi-aniline leather dyed in "bottle green", except for the trims and the headliner. The dashboard features an exclusive analog clock with a blue face and red stripe, inspired by the favorite champagne brand of Winston Churchill, the honoree of this special edition of the British off-roader, who owned a specimen delivered in 1954.
Land Rover Classic has confirmed that it will only manufacture ten units of this Defender V8, equipped with a gasoline engine with 5.0 liters and a maximum power of 405 HP. An engine that comes with an eight-speed ZF automatic transmission, suspensions, and Eibach stabilizer bars, Bilstein shock absorbers. But there is a problem, the price. It is clear that it is not for everyone, it costs 268,500 euros…
